India is the main market of the giant Chinese company Xiaomi, which is why they always seek to improve their services in this territory, and this, in turn, helps to increase their quality to the whole world. Of course, not only they are dedicated to the improvement of services, but they have also created a huge amount of products ranging from smartphones, tablets, laptops, televisions, among many others. Now through the Chinese OEM, Xiaomi has introduced in this country the payment system Mi Pay (digital payment), and is currently in a beta state, because, among other causes, it is very difficult to overcome at this time PayTM with its platform already established.

To achieve this, Xiaomi partnered with the ICICI bank and Pay U to launch this system, however, previously a digital payment mechanism had been implemented through NFC in China. This new Mi Pay system supports UPI, as well as all credit and debit cards, and will be a true competition for Google that uses a similar method. Mi Pay can be used for phone service, water, and electricity payments and can be used to recharge mobile phones. The beta of this system was announced through a message posted in an official forum saying “the biggest advantage of Mi Pay is its deep integration with MIUI, which makes the transfer of payments to contacts and suppliers extremely easy. All data generated by users will be maintained in a highly encrypted format within the cloud infrastructure based in India”
If you want to participate in the testing program, you must have a global beta ROM of MIUI and all you have to do is register for the Beta. The deadline to participate is December 31, do not miss this opportunity.
