Redmi TV coming soon; Xiaomi TV General Manager claims

Every smartphone company is now making their ways to new TVs. The OnePlus is in the process to launch its new tv and Honor has already mad e a big splash with its Honor Vision. And now, this is the time for Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi to get their hands on the new Tv called Redmi TV in the market very soon.

On 16th August, the general manager of Xiaomi, Li Xiaoshuang shared a new segment which shows a note about the upcoming redmi Tv on Weibo. The GM also told that the Redmi TV will have a strong team. And the team will provide the great picture quality, and sound effects on the TV. He also added, “I found that the friends are quite powerful and should pay attention to it.”

Now few days ago, we have witnessed the launch of the new Xiaomi Mi smart tv 55 inch. And now we will be in the wait of the new Redmi TV. Before this statement, the redmi TV appeared on the China’s National Quality Certification center listing. The TV was certify on July 19th by the name of TPV technology (Xiaomen) Co. Ltd. And few days prior we also get the news of the certification of Redmi TV on 3C.

Till now, the rumors of the TV are that the TV will appear in two sizes of 40 inch and 70 inch. Additional to this, both of the TVs will come with 4K UHD resolution. This TV will be a great competitor for the OnePlus Smart TV and the Huawei’s Honor Smart TV. And it is expected that Redmi will announce the Tv in the month of September.

Today the Asian manufacturer has presented its Mijia Inkjet, an intelligent inkjet printer. And it is perhaps the most curious printer of this style in the market. The device follows Xiaomi’s traditional minimalist design. The printer is equipped with a quad-core processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz. It can easily print remotely from mobile devices and from cloud services. The print resolution of the Xiaomi Mi inkjet printer can reach 4800 x 1200 dpi, while the minimum line thickness is 0.1 mm. The paper tray design supports a variety of print media and paper sizes.

Xiaomi Mijia Inkjet Printer comes with a print head that prevents clogging, and also has an automatic maintenance function. If it is constantly connect to a power source, the print head will automatically service itself and clean every 7 days. In addition, the owner can manually activate the maintenance function from the Mijia application, through which printing can also be controlled.

The printer supports scanning photos using the Mijia app, remote printing, smart correction and a number of other innovative features. The device works immediately when turned on, you do not need to install any drivers.

Redmi K20 series sells over 3 million units – Exclusive Edition to arrive on September 19

Xiaomi’s Redmi K20 and K20 Pro have reached another milestone, topping 3 million sales worldwide. Back in July Xiaomi celebrated the 1 million sales mark of the Redmi K20 series and now that number has tripled just four months after its initial release. This makes the Redmi K20 series one of the most popular smartphone series for Redmi.

In case you do not know, the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro were launched as the Xiaomi Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro in the global market. Both of which have been incredibly successful outside the Chinese market as well. In fact, it’s success doesn’t come as a surprise keeping in mind how price worthy the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro are. In China, both devices come with an affordable price tag starting from just 1,999 Yuan ($289) and 2,499 Yuan ($361).

Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite released with a 48MP triple rear camera and SD710 SoC

Early this year, Chinese manufacturing giant, Xiaomi, released the Xiaomi Mi 9 series which has the Xiaomi Mi 9, Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro and Xiaomi Mi 9 SE. Later, the company brough the Xiaomi Mi 9T and Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro. Now, Xiaomi has decided to complete the lineup by releasing the Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite which is a budget smartphone for young people.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite comes with a 6.39 – inch FHD+ AMOLED screen (Corning Gorilla Glass 5) and it uses an on-screen fingerprint sensor. The autonomy is entrusted to a battery of 4030 mAh. Xiaomi promises an autonomy of two days. The smartphone is supplied with a fast charger of 18W allowing to recover 50% of battery in 30 minutes. Moreover, it is powered by a Snapdragon 710 SoC coupled with 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of internal storage.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite also stands out with its triple 48 MP rear photosensor. In detail, the set up consists of a main lens of 48 MP, an ultra-wide-angle lens of 118° and a 2 MP depth sensor. In the notch, there is a photosensor of 32MP. The Mi 9 Lite will be available in Europe from September 23, 2019, in the following colors: Blue, White, and Gray. The smartphone is sold at a starting price of €319 (about $350) for the version with 64GB of internal storage. While the variant with 128 GB of storage cost €349 (about $385).
